Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grants for Fiscal Year 2025

T-Mobile Hometown Grants

T-Mobile’s Hometown Grants program funds projects that foster local connections, like outdoor spaces, community centers, the arts, and technology upgrades. Proposed projects should fill a demonstrated need and connect the community in meaningful, innovative, and creative ways. Proposal and letters of support should demonstrate strong community support for the project. This grant funding is intended for shovel-ready projects that would not otherwise be possible to implement through municipal funding.

Permanent Local Housing Allocation

The Permanent Local Housing Allocation Program facilitates housing affordability, particularly for lower- and moderate-income households, by supporting projects that increase housing supply for households at or below 60 percent of area median income, assist affordable owner-occupied workforce housing, and assist persons experiencing or at risk of homelessness. The Permanent Local Housing Allocation promotes projects and programs to meet local governments’ unmet share of regional housing needs allocation while ensuring geographic equity in the distribution of the funds.

The Accelerating Resilient Infrastructure (ARI) industry initiative is a market-based collaborative to help customers deploy clean energy infrastructure at any speed and scale with no upfront capital required via an “energy as a service” business model. The ARI ecosystem currently includes 33 industry-leading capital partners, proven project developers, and enabling technology partners. ARI capital partners have over $7.5 billion in clean energy capital to deploy, with no upper limit or floor per project. What makes ARI unique is the integration of funding, development, and energy infrastructure providers to simplify and accelerate the deployment of clean energy infrastructure to help customer harden critical infrastructure and address energy affordability challenges.
